    What we keep

    No invoice has been issued, no work has started. You can walk away or ask for an updated offer.

    What you get

    Zero out of your pocket. The brief stays in your portal so you can reuse it later.

  2. 02Stripe invoice paid, kickoff not started

    After deposit, before kickoff

    100% refund minus card fees
    What we keep

    We refund the deposit in full. Stripe's processing fee (~1.5% in the EU) is non-recoverable; we deduct only that.

    What you get

    You get back the deposit minus the unrecoverable Stripe fee. Refund hits your card inside 5 business days.

  3. 03Work is underway, no demo yet

    Mid-build, before demo

    What we keep

    We keep the value of design/development hours we've already invested. We send you a written breakdown of what's been done.

    What you get

    The unused portion of the deposit returns to your card. You also receive everything we've built so far (code, design files).

  4. 04You approved the demo, but want to stop

    After demo approval

    No refund on Milestones 1+2
    What we keep

    By approving the demo, you've signed off the work for milestones 1 and 2. Those funds are earned and non-refundable.

    What you get

    We hand over the demo build and its source code immediately — it's yours. Milestone 3 (final) is cancelled and never invoiced.

  5. 05You approved the final build

    After final approval

    What we keep

    The project is done. The full source, design files, and credentials are released to you and the engagement closes.

    What you get

    You own the source code outright. Hosting subscription (if any) follows its own monthly cancellation rules below.

  6. 06Active monthly subscription

    Hosting / email subscriptions

    Cancel any time, no refund of current month
    What we keep

    Hosting and email are billed at the start of each month. You can cancel any time and we don't bill again, but we don't pro-rate the running month.

    What you get

    Service runs through the end of the paid month. You receive any data export you ask for inside 14 days of cancellation.
